Iran nuke talks end in failure

Diplomatic efforts to keep Iran's nuclear ambitions in check have failed. Two days of talks with five of the six permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, Germany, and Iran in Istanbul produced nothing. Additional UN sanctions against Iran may be the only result.

The Stuxnet computer virus, which devastated Iran's nuclear facilities and may have come from Israel, has been much more effective in combatting Iranian nukes.
