Tea Party Express IV rises in Phoenix

The Tea Party Express IV--Liberty at the Ballot Box, held two rallies yesterday. Andrea Shea King is embedded with the caravan and reports on the San Diego rally here.  Later in the day TPX IV was greeted by patriots at a Yuma, Arizona event. 

There's a lot of desert to cross in the next couple of days, so there will be just one rally today--at high noon showdown in front of the state capitol in Phoenix.
