IL 17: Phil Hare was here

Rep. Phil Hare (D-IL) looked like a sure-fire victor on Election Day as 2010 dawned. But this spring, in defending ObamaCare, Hare said, "I don't worry about the Constitution."

The recession has hit his Gerrymandered district, Illinois' 17th, hard.

And as you will learn, Hare has voted with Nancy Pelosi 98 percent of the time.
