House GOP video: Where are the jobs?

As I've mentioned numerous times before, in selling their economic stimulus boondoggle, the Democrats promised that the national unemployment rate would not exceed 8 percent. It's been at 9.5 percent or higher for 14 months--the longest stretch since the Great Depression.
