Rasmussen: ILSen, Kirk 41%--Giannoulias 37%

Rasmussen has a new poll on Illinois' tight US Senate race and when leaners are thrown in, Republican Mark Kirk leads Democrat Alexi Giannoulias, the failed mob banker, 41 percent to 37 percent. Green Party candidate LeAlan Jones is favored by 9 percent, 5 percent favor another candidate, and 9 percent are undecided.

Yesterday Kirk unveiled his plan for Illinois' Quad Cities.
