Mark Kirk on "Morning Joe" talks about mob banker, special election

Rep. Mark Kirk (R-Highland Park) discussed his Democratic opponent, failed Chicago mob banker Alexi Giannoulias, and the special election that will be held concurrently with the November general election on MSNBC's Morning Joe today. The people's seat is presently held by Rod Blagojevich appointee Roland Burris.
