Kansas City Dem councilman caught on video acting ugly

A "video tracker" of Democratic US Senate candidate Robin Carnahan was in Jesse James country, Clay County, Missouri, where Kansas City councilman Bill Skaggs was caught acting ornery.

Would Jesse have responded this way?



Skaggs had just parked in front of the Clay County Democratic headquarters.
