Hey Alexi: Pat Quinn says donating tax refunds to Illinois is a good idea

Illinois Democratic US Senate canidate Alex Giannoulias who wants to see both the federal and state incomme taxes to be hiked, might want to take up Governor Pat Quinn's suggestion on what to to with that $30,000 tax refund he received.

I would have a bigger problem if Quinn didn't want to raise taxes himself, all the while getting raises for his (43?) staffers.

I did not read this anywhere, I think I heard it on the radio- but that is a much bigger deal.
