Guaranteed method to receive a job offer

Times are tough--and there aren't a lot of jobs out there. Right? Wrong! In this economy you have to create your opportunities. Let me explain: Joe Sestak decided to challenge White House favorite Arlen Specter for the Democratic nomination--in an attempt to get him to drop out, the Obama administration offered him a job. In Colorado, Andrew Romanoff is taking on Beltway pick Michael Bennet in the August Democratic Senate Primary...and he was offered a position if he ended his candidacy.

The National Republican Senatorial Committee offers these thoughts:

Clearly there is a troubling pattern here that raises new questions in Arkansas. As the details continue to surface surrounding the job opportunities that the Obama Administration offered to Democrats in Colorado and Pennsylvania, Arkansans deserve to know: Was Bill Halter ever offered a similar opportunity? And if not, why did the White House consider it more important to protect party-switcher Arlen Specter and appointed Senator Michael Bennet, but not a veteran incumbent like Blanche Lincoln, who has toed the party line for President Obama on key initiatives like the stimulus and health care?
Which leads Ohio Republican Senate candidate Rob Portman to muse, "In the wake of recent White House job offers, one must ask, was Jennifer Brunner offered a job to make way for Obama rubber stamp and Washington establishment choice Lee Fisher."

I look at it differently. If you need a job, all you need to do to get one is to challenge an Obama choice for the Senate. You see...Obama really is creating jobs!

Call it the Obama stimulus that works.
