Father's Day brought Little Marathon Pundit and I to Evanston's Custer's Last Stand, which of late has been dubbed the Custer Street Fair--the uber-liberals in Evanston are easily offended. It's an art and music fair, one which Colonel George Armstrong Custer regularly makes an appearance.
