Once again we here from Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), as he delivers the latest Weekly Republican Address. As I reported on Thursday, McCarthy, along with Rep. Peter Roskam (R-IL) and Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA), held a bloggers' conference call to announce the unveiling of America Speaking Out, an online forum where ordinary people can express their ideas, which McCarthy talks about in the address."There is nothing more powerful and inspirational than the common voice of the common man."
