White House looking to move KSM trial from NYC

After months of uproar, it appears that the trial of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the 9/11 mastermind (noticed that I left out "alleged"), will be moved from lower Manhattan to a different venue. Security is just one of the concerns of New York City officials.

The 1995 civilian trial of Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman, the Blind Sheikh, thanks to the discovery process, was an intelligence disaster for the United States.

As I wrote yesterday, KSM should get a military tribunal.

Oh...the White House needs to drop plans for a Gitmo North in Illinois.

Gitmo with a military tribunal is the correct and appropriate location for his trial.

If it is going to be in NY, I think a jury of victims family members would be approprate.
