Video: Jim Ryan opposes tax increase

One of the Republican candidates running for Illinois governor is running television commercials alluding that Jim Ryan does not oppose increasing taxes.

Jim refuted that charge Wednesday night during the ABC 7 Chicago gubernatorial debate:
