Every major city has an auto show, but the Detroit event is the most important--what's left of the domestic car industry is based in southeastern Michigan.
Last year Barack Obama and the Democrats engineered a government takeover of General Motors, and a United Auto Workers grab of Chrysler. So much has happened in the last year--so it's easy to overlook these foolish endeavors. Oh, when are we selling GM?
The Detroit Auto Show opens today, and Rep. John Dingell (D-MI), a longtime lackey for the Big Three, invited House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) to the show. She'll be there, along with other Democratic lawmakers.
Only they won't be alone: Tea Party protesters will greet them.
Oh...when are we selling "Government Motors?"
