Bullet-proof also means people-proof

Travis Copeland of Zion, Illinois attempted a daring escape Wednesday from the Lake County Jail in Waukegan. But he learned that bullet-proof windows are also people-proof.



Copeland's life, already complicated, has become even more so.

A two story fall into mid-day traffic??? (This is an enclosed walkway connecting two buildings across the street from one another remember.) And how badly would he have been cut up by the broken glass?

File this clown under "desperate and very, very stupid!" He's lucky it wasn't a lethal combination... yet! (I'm not so sure about society's luck here, however.)
