Andy Martin's cash: Nothing before Sept. 30?

The latest Federal Elections Commission reports are dated September 30. And did you know that up to that date, perennial fringe candidate Andy Martin of Illinois hasn't raised or spent any money?

Perhaps he hasn't told the FEC about it.

Or maybe the FEC messed up. Or perhaps Martin got very busy on October 1.
