Jim Ryan, leading in poll, only GOP gov candidate with executive branch experience

WSIL-TV Carterville reports on Jim Ryan's lead in a poll. The former Illinois attorney general is the only Republican candidate for governor who has executive branch experience.



Ryan says he can solve Illinois' $11 billion dollar budget woes without raising taxes.
