Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan sunset

Blogging from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.

It's the end of the day at the northern end of Interstate 75. The opposite end of the highway is Hialeah, Florida.

End of the road...end of the day.

The body of water is the Edison Sault Power Canal, which was completed in 1902.

Hey, John!

Welcome to God's Country. We're a proud, rugged sorta people up here. My house is on that canal, btw. Not in the photo but still on it.

I hope you enjoy your visit.

Well, if I weren't currently working nights and sleeping days, I might've bought you a cup of coffee. I even thought about mentioning it but the schedule is pretty hectic.

I hope we showed you a decent time.

Great time, CJ...I hope to be back soon, and take you up on that offer...

There's a one of three chance I'll be in Michigan next weekend, but in St. Joseph County, near South Bend, IN.
