Preview of Obamacare: 53 indicted in Medicare fraud probe

The federal government has two health care programs, Medicare and Medicaid, which are poorly run and riddled with fraud. Meanwhile, President Obama, undeterred by the poor performance of both, wants to create another.

The Detroit Free Press gives us a preview of what we're in for with Obamacare:

Federal indictments unsealed this morning claim 53 people in a scam stretching from Detroit to Miami bilked Medicare out of more than $50 million.

Federal authorities allege doctors, physical therapists and employees at 27 different companies in Florida and Michigan paid kickbacks to sham patients for fake Medicare claims.
