Blogging from my Blackberry. Apparently Morton Grove was hit by a microburst, one strong enough to uproot and knockdown trees, including an ash with a long branch that landed on my Ford Focus.

Believe it ir not, the car appears to be in so-so shape. Several other vehicles on my block Morton Grove have been undoubtedly totaled.

All this after a 13 hour work day. With the sound of chainsaws buzzing, I am going to try and get some sleep.
