December in Niles, Illinois

That's what I saw a couple of hours ago on the corner of Ballard and Milwaukee Avenues in Niles, Illinois.

Speaking of Michigan, the Big Three CEOs are back in Washington, stating their case for a federal bailout of their businesses.

If memory serves, a Mich, tree
farm sold trees in the corner of
the parking lot by Home Depot.
That was before Dominick's
closed the store on Greenwood &
Ballard back in April of 2006.

There's at least one condo assoc.
that's opposed to anyone
having real trees in their units,
due to a possible fire risk.

Hmm...there are some new condos, sitting empty, right across the street from that lot.

They may not be so picky.

As for the Greenwood and Ballard, yeah, I believe this is the same guy. That storefront is still empty.

It has been empty since Dominick's
moved out in April of 2006.
