Obama vows to help homeowners


It is a real pity the writer's strike drags on and television viewers are receiving only a partial barrage of jokes and insults about well-known people.

Take for instance, once again, Barack Obama. Last night at a campaign appearance in Las Vegas he made a promise to help struggling homeowners.

Come in, Jay Leno...

Y'know Barack Obama says he has a plan to help homeowners who are struggling with mortgage payments they can't afford anymore. To fix the problem, he's going to appoint (dramatic pause) Tony Rezko as his housing czar once he becomes president. (Laughter)
