After a week absence, Pajamas Media's Blog Week in Review is back. And a familiar voice returns: independent journalist Michael Yon, he's interviewed by Austin Bay.
Camp Victory is just outside of Baghdad International Airport, and Yon fills us in on the troop surge. He discusses COPs, short for Combat Outposts--some troops stay out there, instead of the bases, and there are dozens of these COPs now.
Yon speaks out on the new blogging restrictions (or are they in place?) for milbloggers, of whom, Yon says, are the best friends the military brass has in Iraq.
