Iran to begin gas rationing on May 22
This may seem like a story out of The Onion, but it's true. Rumored for a long time, the Islamic Republic of Iran, one of the world's leading petroleum exporting nations, will begin rationing gasoline on May 22.
The mullahs have been so busy trying to destabilize other nations, such as Iraq and Lebanon, that they risk losing control of their own nation because they lack the ability to turn its only major natural resource, oil, into something its citizens need.
Iran hasn't built enough refineries for its growing population--it has to import gasoline.
Idiots and crazy people are running Iran.
