Who better than a group of mental health professionals to discuss the Virginia Tech killings? Even if one of them, Shrinkwrapped, didn't make that broadcast.
It's the perfect podcast for a weekend--since there are no easy answers, and maybe no easy questions regarding the Blacksburg atrocities, the show needs the time and space that Saturday and Sunday offer.
Unless you have to work on both of those days, as I do this weekend.
But I've already listened to the podcast, during my Friday morning run. It's hard to sum up an entire 33 minute discussion in one sentence, but I'll pick my favorite, courtesy of Siggy.
The issue is that we've become so enveloped in this notion that we have to look for a root cause, that we forget sometimes people are just really bad people.
