Holocaust deniers winning the day in Britain

Pat over at Brainster came across a story about British schools removing the Holocaust from curriculums so not to upset Muslim students.

From the Daily Mail:

Schools are dropping the Holocaust from history lessons to avoid offending Muslim pupils, a Government backed study has revealed.

It found some teachers are reluctant to cover the atrocity for fear of upsetting students whose beliefs include Holocaust denial.

There is also resistance to tackling the 11th century Crusades - where Christians fought Muslim armies for control of Jerusalem - because lessons often contradict what is taught in local mosques.

This is the teachers should tell these kids: I'm right, you are wrong. And the British government should lean on these mosques--after all, there is nothing in the Qur'an about the Holocaust--and tell them to stop spewing this psychotic nonsense.

But much of the Muslim world is suffering from mass psychosis, so getting them to listen won't be easy.

I'll leave the last words to Siggy, from a January post:

We can no more be 'tolerant' of holocaust denial than we can be 'tolerant' of mathematical mistruths.
