Police chopper surveillance video of October Occupy Denver march

This is as raw as it gets--video of a police helicopter monitoring an October 22 Occupy Denver march on the 16th Street Mall. Did they have a permit? Watch as they block traffic--while zombie demonstrators join them. One officer is heard telling her colleagues, "We are looking to arrest someone for plastering stickers" outside of a Starbucks on Curtis Street. Another reports on a broken window at a bank.

Why isn't there helicopter surveillance of Tea Party rallies?

In late November, the Denver Post reported that over $700,000 had been spent on keeping an eye on the leftists. The march in the video was against police terror. Those were the good old days--last month some Occupy Denver members participated in a "F*ck the Police" rally where urine bombs were tossed at cops.

Last month Westword reported that over 100 Mile High City occupiers have been arrested, including two "mostly peaceful" men on arson charges.

Yep, just like the Tea Party.

UPDATE March 5: The person who posted the video informs me through Twitter that the October 22 March Against Police Terror was not on Occupy Denver event. The credibility of the Occupy movement is low--when there is trouble or when controversy erupts--they quickly exclaim, "Not part of Occupy!" While they also declared last month's "F*ck the Police" march not an Occupy Denver event, some occupiers did take participate. I'll consider believing Occupy Denver when they denounce the entire concept of an "FTP" march.

I'd like to see the permit for this protest--assuming one was requested and issued. Then this "Occupy or not?" question could be settled.
