Greed: Chicago Teachers Union asking for 30 percent raise

The Occupy Wall Street movement, which the Chicago Teachers Union endorses, lists "greed" as one of its many demons. But as contract negotiation nears, the union is seeking a 30 percent raise over two years. Never mind that Chicago's public high schools graduate just 56 percent of its, while non-union Chicago charter high schools graduate over 90 percent of them.

We moved from Chicago so our daughter would not have to attend Chicago public schools.
