Today is as good of a day as any to dig into my Ronald Reagan Trail photos archive and post a picture that didn't fit into that my Gipper series.
The people of Peoria's Averyville neighborhood erected this monument on September 10, 1919 to honor its soldiers and sailors who fought in World War I. It's in Grand View Park on Illinois' Reagan Trail.
