T-Paw statement on DFL anti-Catholic mailer

Minnesota's Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party, which brought Al Franken to the US Senate, produced a blatant anti-Catholic mailer. Would you believe a priest wearing an "Ignore the Poor" button?

Life is not Saturday Night Live, DFLers.

Below is Governor Tim Pawlenty's statement:

The DFL apparently believes that you need to be liberal to be Christian. They are simply wrong. Their anti-Christian brochure is a sad new low in Minnesota politics. Where is their coveted political correctness now? Leaders from all faith backgrounds should condemn the DFL's appalling tactics.
