XTC: Mayor of Simpleton

This 1989 XTC song, "Mayor of Simpleton," picks up where the Beatles' "Hello Goodbye" left off. The song can be found on their "Oranges and Lemons" album, when the late great band last threatened an unsuspecting planet with popularity.
