in late 2005, it is believed to be the first album recorded in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina hit.Both men are great songwriters, but Toussaint is more of a studio fixture than Costello. On "Who's Gonna Help Brother Get Further," Toussaint does most of the singing, although Costello handles most of the vocals on the album.
