Joe Biden lectures Americans, telling them to have some "perspective" on the economy

I recall another failed president, Jimmy Carter, lecturing Americans in his infamous "malaise" speech. Carter fortunately wasn't reelected.

At least Carter wore a sweater to show us how to stay warm during his "Carter induced" energy shortage.
I have NO intention of dressing like Joey.
