Kamala Harris shrugs and laughs when confronted about her refusal to visit border

Vice President Kamala Harris chose a friendly intervewer, NBC's Lester Holt, for a Today Show interview.

Holt asked a question that a semi-intelligent armadillo had to know was coming. 

When will Harris visit the southern border? She couldn't--or wouldn't--answer the question.

It has been 76 days since Harris was chosen to lead the White House response to the border crisis.
