Joe Biden isn't up for a presidential campaign let alone serving as president.

Watch as a confused but angry Gramps Biden swears at a Detroit voter, "You're full of shit," over his charge that the former vice president wants to confiscate guns. While it's true Biden didn't say that he wants to--as far as we know--he vows to put Pete Buttigieg, who favors gun grabbing, in charge of gun control.

The unsteady Biden also mistakes the Second Amendment for the First. And Biden claims he supports the Second Amendment he tells the Detroiter, "Guess what? You’re not allowed to own any weapon. I’m not taking your gun away at all."
