Jerry Brown blasts ‘rural areas’ for not liking gas tax that disproportionately harms them

Watch as leftist California governor Jerry Brown rips rural voters for disliking an onerous gasoline tax that hurts them the most.

"Rural voters" is a dog whistle word for white.

Rural voters = Californians who work in coastal metropolitan areas but can't afford to live there, so they drive 3 hours each way just to earn a living.
