Even Chuck "Upchuck" Todd, a committed leftist, knows Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is full of crap. Todd scolds Schumer when he explains that there is no sixty vote standard for the Senate to confirm US Supreme Court justices.
