Chiraq: 4 dead and 22 wounded over weekend

The first weekend of December brought mild weather to Chicago--but the shootings still continued in Chiraq. Four people were murdered over the weekend and at least 22 others were wounded.

This was the first weekend since Mayor Rahm Emanuel fired his handpicked police superintendent, Garry McCarthy. Notice any difference?
