(Rauner video) Quinn on Keeping the Current Income Tax

Last night on Chicago's South Side the second televised debate occurred between Gov. Pat Quinn and his challenger, Republican political newcomer Bruce Rauner.

CBS 2 Chicago's Jay Levine asked the inept governor if he plans to make his "temporary" 67 percent income tax hike permanent.

Oh, Quinn has already said he would.

But the Chicago Democrat wouldn't answer Levine's question.

The people of the Land of Lincoln deserve lower taxes and an effective governor--Bruce Rauner is that person.
