Chiraq: 2 dead and at least 31 wounded over the weekend

Could the cool temperatures of this weekend cooled temperatures in Chicago? Possibly, as shootings were down in Chiraq over the last few days. Two Chicagoans were shot to death over the weekend, and at least 31 others were wounded. Of the latter, one man was shot in the shoulder while sitting on his porch.

Also the first weekend in October a tragic milestone was passed, when the 2,000th person was shot in Chicago.
