Bloody Chicago: 3 killed, at least 16 wounded overnight

Last night was a violent one in Chicago. Three men were shot to death and at least 16 others were wounded in "Chiraq."

Last week, in a token measure by Illinois' hapless governor, Chicago Democrat Pat Quinn, 40 state troopers will be dispatched to Chicago in attempt to counter the mayhem. But the troopers will be riding in Chicago police cars, so the same number of units will be on the streets of Chiraq.
