Chicago woman shoots relative during argument over whether gun would fire

Earlier this week a South Side Chicago woman. Joeann Smith, got in an argument with a relative, Willie Smith of the West Side, over whether her gun would fire. Well, it did and now Willie is dead--a victim of a gunshot wound.

Joeann is being held on a count of reckless discharge of a firearm.

Chicago is filled with crazy people.
