Pennsylvania
is considering privatizing its lottery. I suggest that Keystone Staters question
globe trotter Mike Jones, who heads the Illinois Lottery. He trashed
the Illinois privatization process in front of Indiana officials as they were considering doing the same thing--
which they followed through on.
Of Pennsylvania's efforts--Jones says
"Don't do it."
But he heads the Illinois Lottery--which, as I mentioned earlier, is privatized.
