Weekly GOP Address with Jeff Sessions on Dems not passing a budget in three years

Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama, the ranking Republican on the Senate Budget Committee, delivers today's Weekly GOP Address.

"For the last three years, in a time of national crisis, Senate Democrats have deliberately violated the legal requirement to produce a budget plan," Sessions said.

And he made a promise: "If given the chance, Republicans will get this government under control. A Republican Senate will pass a budget."
