(Video) Woodward says Obama did not lead as debt deal failed

President Obama did not lead during the debt crisis of 2011--which ended in failure, Bob Woodward, the author of "The Price of Politics," a book about Congress and the Obama White House tells an incredulous Diane Sawyer.
