Judge strikes down NLRB's ambush elections rule

A judge struck down the National Labor Relations Board's ambush elections rule today--which would have forced union organizing elections on unsuspecting businesses in as few as ten days.

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg ruled that the board did not have a quorum when it decreed the new rule--which job creators hate.

President Obama has turned the 'independent' federal agency into a shill for his Big Labor pals.
