Weekly GOP Address with Fred Upton

Rep. Fred Upton, the chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman, gives today's Weekly GOP Address. And not surprisingly, the subject once again is high gasoline prices.

"Last year we produced 100 billion less on federal lands than we did the year before," Upton says here. He also scolds the president for not approving the building of the jobs-creating Keystone XL pipeline and the burdensome anti-energy regulations coming from the White House.
