Ron Paul booed at SC GOP debate over national security; Newt invokes Andrew Jackson

"We endlessly bomb these countries," Ron Paul bellowed in last night's GOP presidential debate in South Carolina, "and then we wonder why they get upset with us."

Paul was booed for that comment.

Good.

A few moments later, Newt Ginrich said, Andrew Jackson had a pretty clear-cut idea about America's enemies--kill them."

Old Hickory, who was born in either North or South Carolina, sure was a bad-ass.

I mean that in a positive manner.

To be accurate, once Paul finished his statement he received jubilant cheers.
