But Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels, who resides in the governor's mansion in Indianapolis, did manage to find his way up to downtown Chicago.
Daniels, whose state has been poaching Prairie State businesses driven out by Quinn's massive income tax hikes, thought it was worth his time to speak with Cavuto. He discussed the "healthy competition" between Illinois and his state. Of Chris Christie and his presidential aspirations, Daniels said, "I hope he runs sometime."
I recorded the interview with a handheld camcorder during the broadcast. The ambient noise comes from boat engines--the Chicago River is to the right of Cavuto and Daniels.
