Cantor names top ten job-killing regulations that he wants to eliminate

While the Cult of Change, a shrinking group by the way, awaits next week's jobs pronouncement from President Obama--as if he is Apollo descending from Mt. Olympus--House Majority Leader Eric Cantor has his own plan, which is pretty basic. The Virginian names his top ten regulations to be eliminated. They include the job-killing rules created by the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Labor Relations Board. And of course, ObamaCare figures in as well.
